Located at 314 9th Street on the plaza, the Touma Museum of Medicine was established in 1994 to preserve the history of medicine, and to allow visitors to review a comprehensive regional medical museum. The only comparable museums can be found in cities such as Chicago, Boston, New York and Washington, D.C. The collection houses thousands of pieces collected over a 25-year period by Joseph B. Touma, M.D.
The Touma Museum of Medicine collection documents the history of medicine in the United States and Europe. Several interesting displays will captivate you and your visitors. The Museum is available for meetings and dinners of up to 60 people on a limited basis.
